Ability to duplicate and edit marketplace personas

Hi!

I think that it would be useful for users to be able to duplicate personas, including the ones from the marketplace, and to be able to edit those duplicated personas.

As a user, I’d like to be able to customize the set of instructions and to be able to upload training data into a persona originally installed from the marketplace.
