Disable the autoscroll

I get very very long answers on my complex requests. But I cannot read during generation them because the chat window continues to scroll down. Even when i scroll up, the window instantly scrolls down again. So I have to wait the whole response time (which can be 30 seconds or more) until I can finally read the answers from the beginning.
