Full text of the response after received

The way that the text of a response ends at the bottom of the window is tedious for long responses. I tend to get very lengthy answers to things I work on, and I have to scroll and wait as the response slowly gets displayed; and scroll and wait, ad infinitum … I would like an option/setting to get the response all at once.

Just as an example, for the prompt I just sent I had to wait for the response and then scroll down 16 times.
