Dotto is great of course but the tutorials need to be on Magai.Co broken down into different sections that are easily navigated.

Starting with ‘How To Navigate The Tutorials’

We all know people are basically lazy so this needs to be a ‘walk through navigation’ designed for 12 year olds or people will just switch off.

I use the Dotto tutorials which are great but they’re fiddly to find with no structure just a list of numbers.

Numbers of members/customers will grow exponentially for Magai and so will 1 Star reviews by people who just don’t ‘get it!’

I would restrict access to things until the member has watched the tutorial - have it so they can’t fast forward to the end of the video - they have to watch it - then a button appears for them to be able to use that part - for example ‘Workspaces’ are greyed out until the ‘How To Use Workspaces’ tutorial is watched.

Same for all the sections, like Personas and so on.

Too many 1 Star reviews is not good - it needs to be nipped in the bud.

I would make this a priority as people don’t know how to what we have right now so new stuff is just making this problem worse.
